Arm & Hammer Cat Litter Deodorizer Double Duty, 30 oz 6-Pack — Baking Soda Crystals, Up to 9-Day Odor Control

ARM & HAMMER Double Duty Cat Litter Deodorizer is a baking-soda crystal formula that neutralizes litter box odors for up to nine days when sprinkled daily.

Keep litter areas smelling fresher without masking scents — this deodorizer uses ARM & HAMMER baking soda crystals to neutralize urine and feces odors on contact. The formula is compatible with all litter types, safe for daily use when directions are followed, and designed for easy sprinkle application directly into the box or around the litter area.

How does this deodorizer control strong litter box smells?

The baking soda crystals work by absorbing and neutralizing odor molecules rather than only covering them up. Applied daily, the crystals reduce detectable odor levels and help maintain a cleaner-smelling litter box between full changes.

• Formula: ARM & HAMMER baking soda crystals that trap and neutralize odor.
• Action: Works on feces and urine odors on contact for immediate reduction.
• Duration: Proven odor control for up to 9 days with regular use.

Will it work with my type of cat litter?

Yes — the product is formulated to be compatible with scented or unscented, clay, crystal, scoopable, and natural litters. You simply sprinkle a light layer of crystals into the litter or around the box; it won’t interfere with litter clumping or the performance of special litters.

• Clay and scoopable litters: Sprinkle before and after scooping to extend freshness.
• Crystal and silica litters: Designed to complement absorbent properties, not reduce effectiveness.
• Natural and compostable litters: Safe to use as directed without altering texture.

How often should I apply it and how much do I use?

For best results, sprinkle daily — especially in multi-cat households or high-traffic boxes. A light, even distribution across the top of the litter or a modest coating around the litter area is sufficient; heavy buildup is not necessary.

• Daily application: Keeps odor levels low between full litter changes.
• Amount: A thin, even layer across the litter surface or a small dusting around the box.
• Maintenance: Reapply after scooping or when odors start to return.

Is this safe for my cat and easy to use?

When used as directed, the baking soda crystal formula is intended for daily use around cats and their owners. It avoids strong perfumes that can irritate sensitive noses and is applied externally without entering the pet’s body.

• Safety: Formulated for use around cats when instructions are followed.
• User-friendly: Shake-and-sprinkle application needs no mixing or measuring tools.
• Low maintenance: Keeps litter area fresher without extra cleaning steps.
