Arlo Solar Panel Charger (White) — Weather-Resistant Solar Charger with 360° Mount & 8ft Cable

Keep your Arlo security system powered by harvesting sunlight. This certified Arlo accessory connects to select cameras and floodlights to recharge batteries or supply steady power, reducing the need to remove batteries or run AC wiring. The package includes multiple adapters and a 360° adjustable mount for flexible positioning and an 8-foot cable for easier routing.

How does the solar panel maintain power for my Arlo devices?

The solar panel converts sunlight into charging current that feeds the camera or replenishes its battery, providing extended run time and reducing manual charging. It works continuously in daylight and helps sustain devices during routine usage and motion-activated events without nightly plug-ins.

• Direct-sun energy capture for continuous charging.
• Compatible adapters for USB-C, micro-USB and magnetic connections.
• 8-foot cable to reach cameras mounted away from power outlets.
• Works with Essential, Go 2, Pro 3/4/5S/6/6 XL, Ultra Series, and wireless floodlights.

Is the panel easy to install and position outdoors?

Yes — the unit is designed for straightforward mounting and field adjustments. A weather-resistant housing protects electronics outdoors, while the included mount rotates 360° so you can angle the panel for optimal sun exposure without specialized tools.

• Adjustable 360° rotation mount for sun-angle tuning.
• Quick-fit bracket for wall, post, or eave installation.
• 8-foot cable to simplify routing to the camera location.
• Weather-resistant construction suitable for typical outdoor conditions.

Which Arlo models are compatible and what connectors come with the kit?

The solar panel is certified to work with a wide range of Arlo cameras and wireless floodlights to ensure reliable pairing. The kit includes a USB-C adapter, micro-USB adapter, magnetic adapter, and an 8-foot power cable so you can match the connection type of your specific device.

• Compatible with Essential Series, Go 2, Pro 3/4/5S/6/6 XL, Ultra Series, and wireless floodlights.
• Includes USB-C, micro-USB, and magnetic adapters for broad device support.
• Plug-and-play connection—no additional power bricks required.
• Certified by Arlo to meet compatibility and safety expectations.

Will the panel work in cloudy or shaded locations?

The solar panel performs best in direct sunlight; it can still harvest energy under partial cloud cover but output will be reduced. For reliable 24/7 operation, mount the panel where it receives the most consistent daylight and use the adjustable mount to fine-tune orientation.

• Optimal performance in direct, unshaded sunlight.
• Partial recharging possible on overcast days but at lower rates.
• Mounting flexibility lets you avoid shade from eaves, trees, or structures.
• Designed to supplement or continuously power depending on sunlight availability.

Who is this for: The Arlo Solar Panel Charger (White) is ideal for anyone who wants to minimize maintenance of wire-free Arlo cameras and floodlights — homeowners, renters, or businesses that prefer a low-maintenance, outdoor power solution. It’s particularly useful when running AC power is impractical or when you want uninterrupted monitoring without frequent battery swaps.
