arboleaf Smart Scale — Dual-Frequency 8-Electrode Body Composition Scale, 7-Metric Display & App Sync

The arboleaf Smart Scale is a dual-frequency, 8-electrode body composition scale that shows weight plus seven body metrics and syncs to an app for long-term trend tracking.

If you want a bathroom scale that goes beyond pounds, this arboleaf model combines handle and foot electrodes with dual-frequency bioelectrical impedance (BIA) to estimate body fat, muscle mass, body water, bone mass, visceral fat and BMI while displaying seven key numbers on the screen. Designed for household use, it supports multiple users with automatic recognition and uploads detailed trends to the Arboleaf app for more than 50 metrics and printable reports.

How accurate and complete are the body readings?

The scale uses 8 electrodes and two BIA frequencies to gather both upper- and lower-body signals, which yields a broader data set than basic four-electrode or foot-only models. Readings are useful for spotting trends over time rather than for single-point clinical diagnosis.

• Dual-frequency BIA for improved whole-body estimation
• Handle plus foot electrodes capture segmental information
• 7-in-1 on-screen display for quick check-ins
• App unlocks 50+ metrics, charts, and printable progress reports

What setup and daily use look like?

First-time pairing requires opening the Arboleaf app, creating a profile, and linking the scale. If a weight seems off, zero the scale by stepping on and off once, waiting for 0.0, then weighing again; this helps ensure consistent readings every time.

• Simple Bluetooth pairing in the Arboleaf app
• Auto user recognition for up to 8 local profiles
• Step-on auto wake and clear on-screen numbers for fast check-ins
• Syncs with popular health apps for consolidated tracking

How does the app improve tracking and motivation?

The Arboleaf app expands the scale’s raw data into trend charts, segmental views, and long-term summaries so you can follow weekly, monthly, and yearly changes. Printable reports and BMR/body type information help you pair numbers with planning, whether you’re adjusting workouts or tracking hydration.

• Weekly, monthly, and yearly trend charts
• Segmental fat and muscle breakdowns for body-region insights
• BMR, body type, and other metrics for fitness planning
• Exportable reports for sharing with coaches or keeping records

Are there any safety or reliability notes I should know?

The scale is intended for healthy adults and households; it must not be used by people with pacemakers or by pregnant users. BIA provides estimations—use the results to monitor trends rather than as definitive clinical measurements.

• Not for use with pacemakers or during pregnancy
• Data are estimation-based, not a medical-grade diagnosis
• Zeroing step recommended if initial weight seems incorrect
• Best used consistently (same time of day, similar hydration) for reliable trends

Who is this for: The arboleaf Smart Scale fits active adults, couples, and families who want a more detailed, app-connected way to follow body composition trends at home. It’s ideal for people tracking fitness progress, monitoring hydration and muscle changes, or anyone who prefers a single device that stores multiple users and produces printable trend reports. If you need medical-grade analysis, consult a professional; if you want practical, everyday insight and broader body metrics than a basic scale, this model is a strong choice.
