Anthony's Organic Strawberry Powder, 12 oz Freeze-Dried — No Sugar Added, Gluten Free, Non-GMO

Anthony's Organic Strawberry Powder is pure freeze-dried, ground organic strawberries in a convenient 12 oz pouch—no sugar added, gluten free, and non-GMO.

Made from ripe organic strawberries that are cold-pressed and freeze-dried before being milled into a fine powder, this product delivers concentrated strawberry flavor, vibrant color, and natural nutrients in a shelf-stable form. The powder dissolves easily into liquids and blends smoothly into recipes, giving you the taste of fresh strawberries without the seasonal limitations, packing, or waste of fresh fruit. It’s tested for gluten-free purity and labeled vegan-friendly, making it simple to incorporate into a wide range of diets and culinary uses.

How can I use this strawberry powder in everyday cooking?

This powder adds strawberry flavor, color, and aroma to both sweet and savory dishes without extra moisture. It mixes well into beverages, batters, and dressings and can be sprinkled on finished plates for visual appeal and taste. Since it’s shelf-stable, you can reach for it whenever a recipe calls for concentrated strawberry notes.

• Stir into smoothies, protein shakes, or iced drinks for instant fruit flavor.
• Fold into yogurt, oatmeal, or cottage cheese for a fruity boost.
• Blend with flour or batter for cakes, pancakes, muffins, or cookies.
• Use in sauces, glazes, or salad dressings for a touch of natural sweetness and color.

Will this powder work in baking and confections?

Yes—this finely milled freeze-dried powder performs well in baked goods and confections because it adds flavor without changing dough hydration. It helps maintain texture while providing strawberry taste and a natural tint. For confections, it’s great in frostings, chocolate blends, and sugar mixes.

• Replace part of dry flour or sugar with powder for intensified fruit flavor.
• Mix into buttercream, glaze, or ganache for natural color and aroma.
• Dust over desserts or mix into truffle centers to elevate presentation.
• Combine with powdered sugar for a flavored dusting or finishing sugar.

How should I store and measure the powder for best results?

Keep the resealable 12 oz pouch sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because it is concentrated, a small amount goes a long way—measure carefully and adjust to taste. Use dry utensils to scoop to avoid clumping from moisture.

• Store sealed in a pantry or cupboard; refrigerate only if desired after opening.
• Start with 1–2 teaspoons for drinks and 1–3 tablespoons for recipes, then adjust.
• Use a dry spoon and reseal the pouch promptly to preserve texture.
• Keep away from heat and humidity to prevent caking.
