Ankhclave Lotus Flower Tea Sesen — 1oz Hand-Picked Whole Petals & Buds, Small-Batch Floral Infusion

Ankhclave's Sesen is a 1oz bag of hand-picked lotus flowers prepared for steeping as a delicate, caffeine-free floral infusion.

Harvested and packaged in small batches, this lotus flower tea highlights whole petals and unopened buds that bloom gently when steeped. The 1oz format is ideal for trying the variety, gifting, or keeping a single-origin floral infusion on hand. Leaves and flowers are ethically sourced and selected for visual appeal and aroma, making it simple to steep a calming cup without additives.

What makes Ankhclave Sesen different from other floral teas?

This lotus flower tea focuses on whole, recognizable flowers rather than pulverized blends, giving a clearer floral aroma and a visually pleasing steep. The hand-picked supply chain emphasizes ethical sourcing and small-batch packaging to preserve quality and reduce waste.

• Whole lotus petals and unopened buds for a full floral display
• Hand-picked selection for consistent aroma and appearance
• Small-batch packaging to protect freshness and aroma

How do I prepare a cup to get the best bloom and flavor?

Use near-boiling water and allow the flower to steep long enough to unfurl completely, then adjust steep time to taste. A clear glass teapot or cup helps you watch the lotus open and judge infusion strength by color and aroma.

• Use 1 flower per 8–12 oz (240–350 ml) water
• Pour water around 90–95°C (194–203°F) and steep 4–7 minutes
• Re-steep the same flower once or twice for lighter subsequent cups

What does the tea taste and smell like?

Expect a delicate, floral aroma with a clean, subtly sweet profile and light mouthfeel. Because these are whole lotus flowers, the infusion emphasizes gentle botanical notes rather than heavy vegetal or tannic flavors.

• Soft floral fragrance with faint honeyed undertones
• Light, smooth body with minimal astringency
• Visual bloom adds to the sensory experience

How is the product packaged and stored for freshness?

Ankhclave ships the Sesen lotus flowers in a resealable 1oz bag to keep petals dry and protected from light and odors. Store the bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain aroma and appearance over time.

• Resealable 1oz pouch for compact storage and travel
• Hand-picked, small-batch fills minimize exposure before sealing
• Store in a cool dark cupboard or airtight container for longevity
