Ancestral Supplements Grass-Fed Beef Living Collagen Capsules, 180 ct — Native cartilage collagen, no high-heat processing

Living Collagen by Ancestral Supplements is a grass-fed beef cartilage collagen in easy-to-take capsules designed to replenish key structural proteins without heat processing.

This formula uses cartilage sourced from grass-fed cattle and is processed without high heat to retain a wider range of native collagen components. The product comes in a 180-count capsule bottle and is presented as a whole-food approach to supporting skin, hair, nails, and structural tissues. Unlike hydrolyzed or heavily processed collagen powders, Living Collagen emphasizes minimal processing to preserve naturally occurring nutrients.

What makes this grass-fed beef collagen different from other collagen supplements?

Ancestral Supplements focuses on collagen derived specifically from grass-fed beef cartilage and avoids heat treatments that can denature proteins. This approach aims to keep more of the original matrix intact so the body can access varied collagen types and supporting compounds.

• Source: 100% grass-fed bovine cartilage.
• Processing: no high-heat treatment to preserve native compounds.
• Form: convenient capsules for measured dosing or powder from opened capsules.

How should I take Living Collagen capsules for best results?

Take up to six capsules per day according to the product guidance; they can be swallowed whole or opened and mixed into foods and smoothies. Spreading doses throughout the day can help maintain steady availability of collagen-building amino acids.

• Suggested: up to 6 capsules daily, divided if desired.
• Alternative use: sprinkle capsule contents into smoothies, yogurt, or oatmeal.
• Convenience: capsules offer easy travel and no taste compared with some powders.

What benefits can I realistically expect from these collagen capsules?

Collagen provides structural amino acids important for skin, hair, nails, and connective tissue; supplementing can help replenish what declines with age. While individual outcomes vary, many users report improved skin texture and stronger nails over consistent use.

• Targets: skin elasticity, hair and nail support, connective tissues.
• Nature of product: whole-food cartilage vs. isolated peptides.
• Timeline: benefits often accumulate with regular use over weeks to months.

Is this suitable for people with dietary preferences or sensitivities?

The capsules are animal-based and derived from beef cartilage, so they are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Because the product uses minimal processing and grass-fed sourcing, it appeals to buyers looking for whole-food, pasture-raised ingredients.

• Not vegetarian/vegan — bovine-sourced.
• Produced from grass-fed cattle for pasture-raised sourcing.
• Capsule option available for those preferring measured dosing over powders.

Who is this for: Living Collagen by Ancestral Supplements is intended for adults seeking a whole-food approach to replenishing collagen and related structural nutrients—particularly people focused on pasture-raised sourcing and minimal processing. It fits those who prefer capsules for convenience or who want to add capsule powder to meals, and ideal for anyone aiming to support skin, hair, nails, and connective tissues with a grass-fed bovine collagen option.
