Amara Smoothie Melts Mighty Sweet Greens - Organic Plant-Based Yogurt Melts, No Added Sugar, 6 Resealable Packs

Amara Smoothie Melts - Mighty Sweet Greens are bite-sized, organic plant-based yogurt melts made from whole fruits and vegetables to give toddlers a tasty, no-added-sugar snack that melts in the mouth.

These melts were developed to bridge the gap between purees and finger foods: lightweight, shelf-stable puffs that dissolve easily and are made from five or fewer ingredients. Each resealable pack contains a convenient portion for lunches, diaper bags, or countertop snack stashes without refrigeration. Amara emphasizes simple, non-GMO ingredients and no added sugars or preservatives so parents can offer a portable snack that supports early self-feeding skills.

What exactly is inside a bag of Mighty Sweet Greens?

Each bag combines whole-fruit and vegetable purees with plant-based yogurt-like ingredients to create a melt-in-mouth texture. The recipe contains only a handful of ingredients, chosen to minimize fillers while providing natural flavor and gentle nutrients from produce.

• Five-or-fewer whole-food ingredients, no preservatives
• No added sugars or artificial sweeteners
• Non-GMO fruits and vegetables
• Plant-based yogurt components for a creamy melt

How do these melts help with my child’s self-feeding development?

Amara Smoothie Melts are sized for little fingers and designed to dissolve quickly, which encourages pincer grasp practice without choking concerns. Regularly offering appropriately sized finger foods supports hand-eye coordination and independence at snack time.

• Small, lightweight pieces suitable for tiny hands
• Melt-away texture reduces chewing effort
• Encourages pincer grip and self-feeding
• Convenient resealable bags for on-the-go practice

Can I pack these in my child’s lunch or take them to daycare?

Yes — the melts are shelf-stable and do not need refrigeration, making them ideal for lunch boxes, car rides, and daycare snacks. The resealable pouch keeps portions fresh and makes it simple to monitor serving sizes when you’re away from home.

• Lightweight, resealable packaging for portability
• No refrigeration needed between openings
• Single product suitable for home or travel
• Easy to portion for lunch boxes or snacks

Are these melts safe for allergy-conscious families?

Amara formulates with transparency and minimal ingredients, but families should always check the label for specific allergens or manufacturing notes. Because the product is plant-based and free from added sugars and preservatives, it can fit many dietary preferences; still verify ingredient lists for individual sensitivities.

• Plant-based composition with clear ingredient lists
• No added sugar or artificial preservatives
• Check packaging for potential cross-contact statements
• Suitable for many, but always confirm for your child
