Always Maxi Overnight Pads with Wings Size 4 Unscented — 84 Count (3x28) Extra-Long, RapidDRY LeakGuard

Always Maxi Overnight Pads with Wings (Size 4) are unscented, extra-long sanitary pads designed for overnight use to provide extended leak protection and secure fit while you sleep.

These Always night pads combine a larger back, advanced wicking, and targeted leak barriers so you can rest without worrying about leaks. The package contains three individually wrapped 28-count packs (84 pads total), unscented and built for heavier flows or for anyone seeking dependable overnight coverage. The design emphasizes rapid absorption, leak-guard channels, and adhesive wings to hold the pad in place through movement and different sleeping positions.

How do these pads keep you protected all night?

Always Maxi Overnight Pads are 45% larger in the back compared with the Regular Maxi, offering broader coverage where leaks most often occur while lying down. They combine RapidDRY wicking to pull fluid into the core fast and LeakGUARD channels that lock moisture away from the edges.

• Extra-long back for extended coverage while sleeping
• RapidDRY layer that moves fluid into the absorbent core quickly
• LeakGUARD channels that contain fluid to reduce edge leaks
• Unscented material for neutral fragrance preference

Will the pad stay in place during the night or with movement?

Yes — SecurelyFITS technology plus adhesive wings are built to keep the pad aligned with your underwear and body even if you change positions or move around. The wings help secure the pad to your underwear, reducing bunching and shifting during sleep.

• Adhesive wings that fasten to underwear for stability
• Shape engineered to conform to your body and reduce bunching
• Designed for overnight movement and varied sleeping positions

How absorbent are these compared with other Always pads?

Always Maxi Pads absorb significantly more than the same-size Ultra Thin models — roughly 50% more capacity — and are optimized for sustained protection up to around 11 hours. The multi-layer core and RapidDRY system help manage sudden gushes and longer periods of flow.

• Approximately 50% more absorbency vs. same-size Ultra Thin pads
• Multi-layer core for sustained fluid capture
• Engineered for up to about 11 hours of protection under typical conditions

Are these pads suitable for sensitive skin or scent preferences?

These pads are unscented, making them a better option for users who avoid fragrances. While designed for comfort, anyone with specific sensitivities should check ingredient lists or test one pad to confirm personal compatibility.

• Unscented formulation to reduce fragrance exposure
• Soft top layers intended for everyday comfort
• Individually wrapped pads for hygiene and portability

Who is this for: Always Maxi Overnight Pads Size 4 are aimed at people who need reliable overnight protection, those with heavier menstrual flows, and anyone who wants a pad with a longer back and secure wings to prevent leaks while sleeping. They're also suitable for users who prefer unscented products and multi-pack convenience for regular use.
