Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Pads — Extra Heavy Long, 40 Count (2x20) with RapidDry and LeakGuards

Always Discreet Boutique Extra Heavy Long Pads are fabric-feel incontinence pads designed to lock away liquid for discreet, comfortable protection against bladder leaks.

These long, extra‑heavy pads from Always Discreet combine a soft, underwear‑like surface with a RapidDry core and side LeakGuards to help keep you dry and confident. The pads are shaped to fit a woman’s body and lay flat under clothing for a discreet profile, while the absorbent core turns moisture into gel to reduce wetness and odor. Packaged as two 20‑count bags (40 pads total), this set provides an extended supply suitable for heavier leaks or frequent use.

How do these pads manage heavier leaks without bulk?

The design balances high absorbency with a thin, flexible construction so you get strong protection without sacrificing comfort or appearance. A concealed RapidDry core captures and locks in liquid quickly, while the soft top layer feels like fabric rather than plastic.

• RapidDry core turns liquid into gel for fast absorption
• Extra heavy absorbency engineered for longer periods between changes
• Low‑profile, fabric‑like surface that minimizes visible lines
• LeakGuards at the edges to reduce side leaks

Will these pads stay in place during daily activities?

Yes — the pads are contoured to fit the body and designed to remain secure under clothing so you can move, sit, and walk with confidence. The flexible construction follows body curves, and the adhesive backing helps keep each pad properly positioned.

• Contoured shape for a closer, more secure fit
• Flexible materials that move with you
• Adhesive strip to prevent shifting in garments
• Discreet under clothes for low visibility

How often should I change an extra heavy pad, and are they suitable post‑partum?

Change frequency depends on personal flow and activity; for many users, extra heavy pads last longer than lighter pads but should still be replaced when saturated to maintain comfort and hygiene. These pads are commonly chosen for postpartum protection and heavier bladder leaks because of their higher absorbency and gentle surface.

• Replace when wet or soiled to stay comfortable
• Extra heavy option for extended wear compared with light pads
• Suitable for postpartum use when higher capacity is needed
• HSA/FSA eligibility may apply—check your plan

How do I choose the right Always Discreet pad size for me?

Select a pad by matching leak severity and coverage needs: smaller sizes for lighter leaks, longer or extra‑heavy pads for more protection. Always Discreet provides a My Fit size chart to help match your body shape and activity level to the appropriate pad length and absorbency.

• Use the My Fit chart to compare lengths and absorbency
• Long length offers more coverage front to back
• Extra heavy absorbency for heavier or frequent leaks
• Consider bulk packs for convenience and cost savings
