Ally Peaks Pull Up Bar — Multi-Grip Doorway Chin-Up Bar, Silver, Thickened 1.7mm Steel & 440 lb Capacity

The ALLY PEAKS Pull Up Bar is a reinforced, multi-grip doorway chin-up bar built from thickened steel to support heavy loads and bring versatile upper-body training into compact spaces.

This portable pull up bar uses a strengthened 1.7mm steel frame and upgraded silicone door protection so you can do pull-ups, chin-ups, dips and hanging core moves without drilling into your door frame. Designed for standard doorways, the unit balances secure leverage-based installation with soft-contact pads to reduce marks while delivering up to a 440-pound capacity. It’s intended for people who want gym-style strength work at home, in an office, or while traveling.

How secure is this bar when installed in a doorway?

The bar relies on a leverage mounting system that braces against the door frame, eliminating the need for screws. Reinforced chrome steel and a double-hole bend design improve fit and durability, while silicone contact points and extra removable pads protect the frame surface.

• 1.7mm thick steel frame rated to hold up to 440 pounds.
• Double-hole bend for precise fit across many frame thicknesses.
• Elastic silicone protectors plus 4mm no-trace removable pads for frame safety.
• Leverage installation — no screws, no permanent damage when used correctly.

What exercises and grips can I do with the bar?

This multi-grip bar supports a range of upper-body and core movements: wide and narrow pull-ups, neutral-grip chin-ups, hanging leg raises, dips (with floor support), and push-up variations when used at low height. Foam-wrapped handles create anti-slip contact for challenging sets and drop sets.

• Multiple grip positions: wide, narrow, and neutral handles for varied muscle targeting.
• Foam high-fiber handles for comfortable, wear-resistant grip.
• Use for hanging core work, assisted dips, and doorway push-ups.
• Quick switch between grips for supersets and interval training.

Will this bar fit my doorway and how simple is installation?

The design fits most standard interior doorways from 24" to 32" wide and depths of 4.7"–8.27"; trim height and thickness limits apply. Installation is tool-free: position the top and bottom contact points, rely on leverage, then test stability by tugging the grips before use.

• Fits door widths 24"–32" and depths 4.7"–8.27"; trim height up to 3.75".
• Acceptable trim thickness no less than 0.45" for proper seating.
• Pioneering double-hole design for compatibility across frame thicknesses.
• Tool-free mount and quick removal for portable storage.

How durable is the finish and what maintenance does it need?

The bar is finished with a fine powder coat to resist rust and abrasion from sweat or ambient humidity. With occasional wiping and careful removal of the silicone pads to clean your door frame, the unit requires minimal upkeep compared with bolted fixtures.

• Durable powder coating prevents corrosion and surface wear.
• High-fiber foam grips resist sweat and maintain comfort during long sessions.
• Wipe down after heavy use; check silicone pads for wear periodically.
• Store in a dry place when not in use to preserve finish and pads.

Who is this for? The ALLY PEAKS Pull Up Bar suits home exercisers, apartment dwellers, small-space fitness enthusiasts, and travelers who need robust, portable strength equipment. It’s ideal for anyone wanting to add serious upper-body and core training without permanent installation, provided their doorway meets the stated size limits and they follow safe installation checks.
