All Flooring Now Carpet Tile Double-Sided Tape 2in x 90ft — Heavy-Duty Reinforced Mesh, Residue-Free Indoor/Outdoor

All Flooring Now Double-Sided Carpet Tape is a heavy-duty, reinforced web-mesh adhesive strip that secures carpet tiles, rugs, vinyl, and mats indoors or outdoors while removing cleanly without residue.

This reinforced double-sided tape is designed to hold flooring materials firmly in place across a wide range of surfaces and temperatures. The product pairs a durable fiber web mesh carrier with a silicone-acrylic adhesive that performs on hardwood, vinyl, laminate, tile, sealed concrete, rubber and turf. One roll measures 2 inches wide by 90 feet long, covering up to about 220 square feet when applied in recommended patterns.

How does this tape keep carpets and rugs from shifting?

The tape’s dual-sided adhesive and reinforced web mesh create a mechanical and adhesive bond that resists sliding and corner curl. It grips both the floor surface and the backing of carpet or rug materials to maintain position under foot traffic and light furniture movement.

• Reinforced fiber web mesh for long-lasting shear strength
• Silicone-acrylic adhesive adheres to varied surfaces without soaking through
• 2 in width spreads holding force for edges and seams
• Temperature rated for -4°F to 176°F for stable indoor/outdoor performance

Will the tape damage floors or leave sticky residue when removed?

This tape is formulated for residue-free removal on many common floor types when used and removed per instructions. The reinforced carrier peels away cleanly rather than leaving a solid adhesive layer, reducing the need for solvents or heavy scraping.

• Designed to remove cleanly from hardwood, vinyl, laminate, tile and sealed concrete
• Low-odor, low-VOC adhesive minimizes fumes during use
• Peels in a single strip with minimal adhesive transfer
• Avoids sticky residue when surfaces are clean and undamaged

How do I install and remove the tape for a DIY job?

Installation is straightforward: prepare the floor, lay the tape, press, and apply the flooring material. Removal is a single clean peel — no glues, nails, trowels, or solvent scrapers required when surface preparation and removal follow recommended steps.

• Clean and dry the floor—free of dust, oil, wax or loose debris
• Roll tape onto the prepared area, press firmly and cut to length
• Peel the top liner and press the carpet, mat, or tile into place with pressure
• To remove, lift an edge and peel slowly; re-clean surface if needed

What materials and environments is the tape suited for?

This tape works across many flooring types and environments, from residential living rooms to event spaces and outdoor patios. It’s formulated without harsh chemicals and is suitable for areas where low odor and low VOC are desired.

• Effective on carpet tiles, area rugs, runners, vinyl, laminate and rubber-backed flooring
• Suitable for indoor and covered outdoor areas, banquet halls, classrooms, and entryways
• Weather-resistant performance with wide temperature tolerance
• Non-toxic, low-odor silicone-acrylic adhesive safe for homes with pets and children

Who is this for? If you need a reliable, heavy-hold solution to prevent slipping, curling, and shifting of rugs, carpet tiles, vinyl or turf without permanent adhesives, this All Flooring Now double-sided tape is aimed at homeowners, professional installers, event planners, property managers and DIYers. It’s particularly useful when you want strong adhesion that can be removed cleanly later—ideal for rentals, staged homes, temporary installations, and high-traffic rooms where safety and appearance matter.
