AGN Roots Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate Unflavored 3 lb — Cold-Processed, High BCAA Support

AGN Roots Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate is an unflavored, unsweetened, cold-processed whey protein made from cows raised Entire Life on Pasture and certified by A Greener World.

This whey isolate delivers a minimally processed protein option for people who want a clean, high-BCAA powder from regeneratively raised herds. Sourced exclusively from Animal Welfare Approved farms and carrying Informed-Sport/Informed-Choice recognition, the product prioritizes traceable pasture-based farming, low-heat processing and a simple ingredient profile: whey protein isolate only. The 3 lb pouch yields approximately 47 servings and is packaged to protect nutrients from heat and UV exposure.

How is AGN Roots whey different from ordinary whey powders?

AGN Roots focuses on farm-to-pouch transparency and gentle processing. The whey is certified Entire Life on Pasture by A Greener World and appears on the ASPCA Shop with Your Heart list, meaning the milk comes from herds raised under strict welfare and pasture standards. The powder is cold-processed and kept undenatured to preserve natural macronutrients and amino acids.

• Entire Life on Pasture certification — milk from pasture-raised cows throughout life.
• Informed-Sport & Informed-Choice recognition — third-party testing assurance.
• Cold-processed/undenatured — preserves naturally occurring nutrients and BCAAs.
• Unflavored and unsweetened — versatile for recipes or plain shakes.

What nutritional benefits can I expect from this unflavored isolate?

This whey isolate is formulated to offer a high concentration of protein and branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) per serving. AGN Roots reports about 6.5 grams of BCAAs per 25 grams of protein, which supports muscle protein synthesis and recovery when used alongside a balanced diet and activity. Because it is isolate and cold-dried, moisture and texture differ from conventional powders.

• High BCAA content — approximately 6.5 g BCAAs per 25 g protein.
• Protein isolate format — typically lower in lactose and fat versus concentrates.
• Approx. 47 servings in a 3 lb pouch — concentrated serving size for cost efficiency.
• Moisture content around 5.4% — results in a fluffy, fresh dairy aroma and texture.

How should I use and store this unsweetened whey powder?

Because the powder is unflavored, it mixes well into water, milk, smoothies, coffee, or recipes without adding sweetness. To preserve quality, keep the pouch sealed, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and use a dry scoop. The thermal-protected pouch reduces nutrient loss from heat and UV exposure during shipping and storage.

• Mix with water or milk for a neutral-protein shake.
• Add to smoothies, oatmeal, baking, or savory recipes for extra protein.
• Seal pouch and store cool, dry, away from sunlight to maintain potency.
• Avoid introducing moisture or wet scoops to prevent clumping.

Why choose a 3 lb pouch over larger tubs from other brands?

The 3 lb pouch balances cost per serving with freshness and environmental considerations. AGN Roots uses a thermally protected, air-tight pouch that protects micro-nutrients without relying on large plastic tubs; this reduces shipping weight and the product's carbon footprint while keeping the powder protected from heat and light.

• 47 servings per pouch — economical serving cost versus some competitors.
• Thermal, air-tight pouch — protects nutrients and reduces UV/heat damage.
• Lower plastic use and smaller shipping footprint than big tubs.
• Compact and shelf-friendly for kitchens and gym bags.

Who is this for? AGN Roots Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate is suited to shoppers who prioritize traceable pasture-based sourcing and minimal processing: athletes, home cooks, and everyday protein users who prefer an unsweetened, versatile powder. It appeals to people seeking third-party tested products and those who want a pasture-certified option without added flavors, sweeteners or additives.
