How simple is the pairing process?

Pairing the Acoyer remote is straightforward and follows the same steps used for many LG voice remotes: power, key sequence, and confirmation. No extra hubs or apps are required—just the TV and two AAA batteries.

• Insert 2x AAA batteries (not included) then power on the TV.
• Press and hold the Home + Back buttons for 5 seconds, wait 5 seconds, then press the scroll/OK button.
• If pairing does not complete, repeat the sequence; our team can assist if needed.

What features and controls does this remote provide?

The Magic-Control reproduces the familiar button layout and voice control functionality, and includes six dedicated quick-access buttons to launch popular streaming services instantly. The buttons are rated for long life and the shell uses improved ABS material for a comfortable, durable feel.

• Voice control support for LG TVs with microphone-enabled receivers.
• Six one-touch streaming keys for fast access to apps in under three seconds.
• Buttons tested for over 100,000 presses; robust ABS housing; tactile scroll/OK wheel.

What if the remote arrives defective or wears out?

Acoyer provides a one-year warranty and customer support to help with defects, pairing problems, or wear concerns. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, and our support team can guide troubleshooting or arrange replacement service.

• One-year warranty included; friendly technical support available.
• Troubleshooting help for pairing and functionality provided by the Acoyer team.
• Durability testing and quality ABS materials reduce the chance of early failure.

Who is this for? The Acoyer Magic-Control is intended for LG owners whose original voice-enabled remote (MR25GA, MR24GA, or similar) is lost, broken, or sluggish. It’s also a good choice for households that want an extra remote for a second room, rental properties, or anyone who wants quick access to streaming services without reconfiguring the TV. If your TV is a 2019-or-newer LG Smart TV that supports voice remotes and matches the compatible series or model numbers, this replacement provides a cost-effective, durable alternative to OEM controllers.
