A-Premium HVAC Blend Door Actuator for GM Vehicles — Replaces 89018365 / 52402588, Direct-Fit Low-Noise

A-Premium HVAC Blend Door Actuator is a direct-fit replacement for GM vehicles that restores precise temperature and vent control to your heating and cooling system.

If your vehicle's vents fail to change temperature, make unexpected noises, or stop moving between heating and cooling positions, a faulty blend door actuator is often the cause. This A-Premium unit replaces part numbers such as 89018365 and 52402588 and is built to match factory dimensions and connector pin positions for an easy swap. The actuator is tested for reliable motion and low noise so your vehicle's HVAC system returns to smooth, predictable operation.

How does this actuator restore proper vent temperature control?

The blend door actuator moves the internal doors inside the HVAC housing that mix warm and cool air. Replacing a worn or broken actuator restores the motorized movement that directs airflow across the heater core or evaporator, letting vents deliver the temperature you select.

• Direct-fit replacement for GM part numbers including 89018365 and 52402588
• Matches original connector pin layout for plug-and-play installation
• Precisely sized housing ensures correct mechanical engagement with blend doors

Will this part fit my vehicle model and year?

This actuator covers a wide range of GM trucks and SUVs across multiple model years. Use the vehicle selector on the product page to confirm compatibility, and verify the part numbers listed by your vehicle's service information.

What quality checks ensure reliable operation?

A-Premium actuators undergo performance and noise tests to confirm smooth movement and to minimize abnormal sounds. The electrical connector pins are manufactured to match OEM tolerances so the actuator mounts securely and functions immediately after installation.

• Performance validation for consistent rotation and travel range
• Noise testing to prevent grinding or clicking during operation
• Accurate connector pins and durable motor components for long service life

How do I choose the correct actuator for my vehicle?

Because blend door actuators can differ by location and function within the same vehicle, confirm fitment before purchase. Select Year/Make/Model on the listing and cross-check factory part numbers to avoid ordering the wrong assembly.

• Use the site’s vehicle selector and compare listed reference numbers
• Consult factory repair manuals or dealer parts diagrams if uncertain
• Contact support with your VIN for definitive fitment help
