Shipping policy

Shipping policy

Every Kelorix order ships free to any address in Canada. There is no minimum order, no remote-area surcharge and no membership to join. Prices are in Canadian dollars and every parcel travels with tracking. This page explains how long delivery takes by region, how tracking and split shipments work, and what happens when something goes wrong in transit.

Free shipping, no conditions

Shipping is free on every order to every province and territory. A single kettle ships free; so does a mattress topper or a 30 lb bag of dog food. We do not add fuel, handling or remote surcharges at checkout, and the total you see before you pay is the total you are charged.

We ship only within Canada. Orders with a delivery address outside Canada cannot be placed at checkout.

Delivery estimates by region

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Typical transit times after dispatch:

Destination Typical transit after dispatch
Ontario and Quebec 2–5 business days
British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba 3–7 business days
New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland and Labrador 4–8 business days
Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and remote communities 7–14 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal and provincial statutory holidays. Add the 1–2 day preparation window to the transit estimate for your total delivery time: a Toronto order placed on a Monday usually arrives between Wednesday and the following Tuesday.

Some northern and fly-in addresses are served to the nearest postal outlet rather than to the door. If that applies to your order, we tell you before dispatch so you can decide whether to proceed.

Bulky and heavy items

Furniture, large appliances, exercise equipment and other oversized items travel with freight carriers. Allow a few extra days beyond the table above. Freight carriers usually phone or email to arrange a delivery window; please keep the phone number on your order current.

Winter and weather delays

Canadian winters delay carriers. Snow closures, ice storms and ferry cancellations can add several days, particularly in Atlantic Canada, the Prairies and the North. When a delay looks significant we email you rather than leave you to guess.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse, along with a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also check any order on our Track your order page. If the email does not arrive, check your spam and promotions folders first; if it is still missing, write to us with your order number and we resend it.

Tracking can show no movement for a day or two between scans, especially over weekends and during carrier hand-offs. That is normal. If a parcel shows no scan for five business days, contact us and we open a trace with the carrier.

Split shipments

Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package, sometimes days apart, because items ship from different warehouses. Each package carries its own tracking number and you are never charged extra for a split shipment. Your order confirmation lists every item; your shipping emails tell you what is in each parcel.

Order processing and changes

  • Cut-off. Orders placed before 12:00 ET on a business day normally enter preparation the same day.
  • Address changes. Email us as soon as possible. We can usually update an address until the order is dispatched; after dispatch we ask the carrier to redirect, which is not always possible.
  • Cancellations. You can cancel for a full refund at any point before dispatch. After dispatch, refuse the parcel or use our free 30-day return.

Missed deliveries and address problems

Incomplete or incorrect addresses cause most delays, so please double-check your address, unit number and phone number at checkout. If a carrier cannot deliver, they usually attempt again the next business day or hold the parcel at the nearest outlet for pickup; the tracking page shows which. Parcels not collected within the carrier's holding period are returned to us. When a parcel comes back because of an address problem, we contact you to reship it or refund it, whichever you prefer.

Damaged, lost or missing parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging, take photos of the box and the product and email us within 7 days. We replace the item or refund you in full, your choice, and we do not ask you to return a damaged item when doing so makes no sense. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the parcel, check with household members, neighbours and building reception, then contact us within 7 days so we can start a carrier investigation. Lost parcels are replaced or refunded once the carrier confirms the loss, normally within 10 business days.

Duties, taxes and customs

You pay no duties or customs fees on a Kelorix order. Applicable GST, HST, PST or QST is calculated at checkout from your delivery province and shown before you pay; nothing further is collected on delivery.

Shipping questions we get most

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes for parcels that fit Canada Post's size limits. Freight items need a street address.

Can I choose the carrier or pay for faster shipping?

Not at the moment. We select the carrier that gives the most reliable delivery to your region; expedited options are not offered.

Will my order arrive before a date I need it?

Use the table above and add 1–2 preparation days. If your date is tight, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.

What if part of my order is missing?

Check whether the order was split into several parcels first. If an item is missing from a completed delivery, email us within 7 days with the order number and we send the missing item or refund it.
