Each scoop provides 24 grams of high-quality protein and nearly 9 grams of naturally occurring essential amino acids, combined with minerals like calcium, magnesium and zinc. The Chocolate Supreme flavor mixes easily in a shaker or blender and comes in a compact 2 lb container with 25 servings—handy for gym bags and kitchen cupboards alike.

How does micellar casein differ from whey for recovery?

Micellar casein coagulates in the stomach and digests slowly, supplying amino acids to muscles over a longer period than fast-absorbing whey. That sustained release helps reduce muscle breakdown when you won’t eat for several hours, such as overnight. It's often used as a complement to faster proteins, not necessarily a replacement.

Slow digestion supports prolonged amino acid availability

Ideal before sleep or long intervals without food

Can be paired with whey for immediate plus sustained delivery

24 g protein and ~9 g essential amino acids per serving

How should I prepare Gold Standard Casein for best results?

This powder mixes well either shaken with water or milk, or blended into smoothies for richer texture.
