At 68 inches long, 24 inches wide, and 6mm thick, it provides a plush landing for knees and hips while remaining light enough to carry between sessions. The material is manufactured without six commonly used harmful phthalates, making it a cleaner option for regular practice. New packaging has been introduced, but the mat’s size and features remain consistent.

How does this mat improve comfort and protect my joints?

The additional 6mm thickness creates a softer buffer between your body and the floor, reducing pressure on wrists, knees, and hips during weight-bearing postures.
